Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Nub Games collects when you use our website or our mobile applications, and how we use it. Using the service means you agree to this policy.
Scope
"Nub Games" refers to (a) the website at nub.games and its localized variants, and (b) the official Nub Games mobile applications distributed via Google Play, RuStore and Huawei AppGallery. The mobile data-handling sections below apply only to the apps; the cookie and analytics paragraphs further down apply to the website.
Information We Collect (Mobile App)
Our mobile applications collect the following categories of data — listed verbatim to match the Google Play Data Safety form:

Information We Collect (Website)
The website does not require registration. It stores your recently-played games in your browser's localStorage so you can return to them quickly — that data never leaves your device. Our hosting and analytics providers may automatically record standard log data (IP, browser type, pages visited) to operate the site and detect abuse.

Our mobile applications integrate the following third-party SDKs. Each is listed by name (Google requires explicit named disclosure rather than a generic "advertising partners" reference):

On the website, games are embedded from Yandex Games / PlayHop. When you play an embedded game, the provider may collect data according to its own policy — we do not control that data.
Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of all data tied to your installation in two ways — both are mandatory under Google Play's account-deletion policy:
- Inside the mobile app: Profile → "Delete account".
- Via the web form at https://nub.games/account/delete — usable without login, for users who have already uninstalled the app or lost access.
Once a deletion request is received, all associated data (push token, analytics events, anonymous user UUID, in-app search history, like/dislike reactions on games) is removed within 30 days. The compliance audit row is retained anonymously.
GDPR Rights (EEA / UK)
If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR / UK GDPR grants you the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object — object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate-interest grounds
- Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved

Cookies
On the website we use a small language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site remembers whether you want English or Russian. We do not set advertising cookies on the website. Cookies in embedded game iframes are governed by the game provider's own policy.
Children's Privacy
Nub Games is intended for a general audience aged 13 years and older. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use Nub Games or provide any information through it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us at maxdev@appyapp.org and we will delete it.
