Gameplay mechanics Score: Each eaten apple gives points. Red apple gives 2 points, gold apple gives 4 points. 🍎 = 2 🍋 = 4 Snake speed: After eating an apple, the snake gets longer and faster. Red apple gives a small speed boost, gold apple gives a large one. Difficulty: Hard The snake starts fairly fast. Red and gold apples speed it up even more. Score multiplier on this difficulty: x2.0 Normal Standard starting snake speed. Red and gold apples speed up the snake moderately. Score multiplier on this difficulty: x1.5 Easy Slow starting snake speed. Red and gold apples speed up the snake gently. Score multiplier on this difficulty: x1.0
